I didn't know she was one of a small number of volunteers who would call up 50+ states, terrorities and other places' public health offices for COVID numbers. Then they normalize the data and publish it for the year or so. Their work was cited in every major media outlet, government reports; even VP Mike Pence used their numbers and graphs during several presidential COVID updates.
